Welcome to CLBMaster. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CLBMaster, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our services. We reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Use of Services & Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. AI Evaluation & Trademark Disclaimer

CLBMaster provides AI-assisted grading and feedback to help you prepare for the CELPIP exam. While our model aims to match official test grading criteria, we cannot guarantee that your official CELPIP score will match the scores generated by our platform.

CELPIP® is a registered trademark of Prometric / Paragon Testing Enterprises. CLBMaster is an independent preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Paragon Testing Enterprises.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on CLBMaster, including but not limited to mock tests, platform design, software, and grading algorithms, are the exclusive property of CLBMaster and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Inactive Accounts & Data Deletion

To protect user privacy and manage cloud storage responsibly, CLBMaster automatically purges accounts that remain inactive for extended periods:

  • Inactivity Notice: If your account has not recorded any login or activity for 6 months (180 days), we will send warning notifications to your registered email address before any deletion occurs.
  • Grace Period: You will have a 30-day grace period to keep your account active by clicking the confirmation link in the notification email or contacting support.
  • Permanent Purge: If no action is taken by the expiration deadline, your account, practice history, mock test attempts, AI evaluation feedback, and stored audio recordings will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our database and cloud storage.
